Isabelle Cadrin has more than 35 years of experience in Montréal’s public service, having worked as a senior manager in planning and development of mobility and attractiveness, culture, sports and recreation, parks and social development, as well as housing and permits. She has also been Director of the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough.

She has led most of the Ville de Montréal's planning and development operations, including the following departments: Large Parks, Mount Royal and Sports; Infrastructure and Road Network; Water; and Urban Planning and Mobility.
