Louis Baron is an organizational psychologist who has been a Full Professor in the Department of Organization and Human Resources at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) since 2008. He teaches the development of leadership and personal management skills, among other subjects. He has also been the Director of UQAM’s MBA in Management Consulting since 2024.
From 2018 to 2023, he was Vice Rector, Human and Organizational Development. In 2023, he became Interim Rector with responsibilities that include relations with governments and institutional partners.
During his more than 10 years of experience as a coach, trainer and consultant, he has shared his human resources expertise with companies, individuals and educational institutions.
He has also published numerous scientific articles that have earned him national and international awards of excellence and distinctions.
