Catherine Allard has more than 30 years of business experience, notably in the management of technology companies, for which she has carried out strategic restructuring, acquisition and financing projects.

A member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, she is Chair of the agency’s Audit Committee, a member of Searchlight Pharma’s Compensation Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Chapter of Financial Executives International Canada.
