Vanessa Ngalli has in excess of 20 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation and business strategy. In more than 10 years as an independent consultant, she has supported and advised managers of large international companies, public bodies and cooperatives, and has managed multidisciplinary teams in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

She also has expertise in program management and strategic advisement on the alignment and operationalization of strategic objectives.
