Experience

Sherazad Adib co-founded Groupe investissement responsible, the first Quebec firm to advise institutional investors on responsible investment and ESG factors. She has also helped raise awareness of diversity, inclusion and ESG issues among governance bodies.

As Senior Director at Catalyst, a New York-based NPO, she advises member companies in Quebec on the development and implementation of a diversity and inclusion strategy and provides unconscious bias and inclusive leadership training for managers. She also helped launch the start-up Aequo to assist institutional investors with their shareholder dialogue initiatives.

Community engagement 

• Being of Iranian origin, she is very active in defending the cause of Iranian women.
