Boyer mobility hub

Since April 25, 2025, parking lot number 24 at 6650 rue Boyer, near the corner of Saint-Zotique and Boyer, is closed so that it can be converted into a mobility hub.

The work is being carried out in two phases:

  • From September 4, 2025 to the end of December 2024 (completed)
  • From April 25, 2025 to late summer 2025 (in progress)

Greening and stormwater management

  • Tree planting and canopy cover
  • Landscaping, including a green wall

  • Paid parking spaces
  • Facilities for car sharing and active transportation, including covered racks for bicycles and cargo bikes
  • Eight level-2 electric charging stations
  • Eight fast charging stations (including one reserved for people with reduced mobility)
